Life has a unique way of guiding us toward profound wisdom and holistic well-being. I have dedicated much of my life to the study and practice of Ayurveda, especially the transformative healing science of Panchakarma. Through years of experience, I have realized that true wellness is achieved only when the body, mind, and spirit are in complete harmony.
This understanding inspired me to deepen my journey in Yoga at Santhi Yogashram, under the esteemed guidance of Yogacharya Mohan Ji. The ashram’s traditional teachings and serene environment provide the ideal foundation for exploring yoga as a complete way of life, nurturing physical, mental, and spiritual growth.
My goal is to integrate the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga, creating a balanced approach that supports both physical purification and mental tranquility. By combining Panchakarma therapies with yogic practices such as asanas, pranayama, and meditation, I aspire to guide others toward lasting health, inner harmony, and self-awareness.At Santhi Yogashram, I continue my path with humility, dedication, and service, seeking not only knowledge, but also personal transformation and the well-being of humanity.
